Uncover. Rewrite. Restore.
InheritedStories
For women who have done the inner work and still notice the same patterns returning.
For the woman who is
Self-aware.
Capable.
Still meeting the same patterns.
You may already understand a great deal about yourself. You may have read the books, been to therapy, prayed, reflected, or worked hard on your personal growth. And still, certain reactions, relationships, or beliefs keep returning.
The approach
Understand the story beneath the pattern. Then practise something different.
Inherited Stories is a structured coaching process that helps you identify the beliefs and responses you learned early, understand how they still shape you, and begin building new ways of responding in the present.
Name what keeps repeating
We begin with the pattern you can see now: the reaction, relationship dynamic, pressure point, or belief that keeps returning.
Trace what shaped it
We look at the experiences, relationships, and messages that taught you what to expect from yourself and from others.
Create a different response
Insight becomes useful when it changes what you do. We practise new responses until they become more available in real life.
A turning point
Understanding why you do something is not the same as being able to do it differently.
The five stages
From recognition to lived change.
The programme follows a clear sequence. Each stage builds on the previous one, so the work moves from understanding into practice.
Client experiences
What shifted.
Reflections from women who moved through the Signature Programme.
“I thought I already knew myself well. I’d done therapy, spent years working on myself. But it wasn’t until this program that I saw how one belief, that I always had to be strong, was quietly running every decision I made. Not just at work, but in my relationship, my parenting and in how I show up for friendships. It never felt like therapy. It felt like an unhurried way to finally see what I’d been carrying all along.
“The most valuable moment was when Naomi helped me see that my constant need to be useful wasn’t a personality trait, it was something I’d learned in childhood. I’ve seen my mother live the same way. That realization alone changed how I saw myself. I set boundaries now that used to feel impossible, without the guilt that used to come with them.
“I came in feeling like I’d always run into the same wall. Five sessions later with Naomi and I don’t just understand why that wall was there, I’ve learned how to move differently around it. This isn’t a quick fix, but I’m so happy I went on this adventure. It actually moved me forward.

You do not have to carry every pattern forward simply because it feels familiar.
